A client from Fargo was referred to us by the Mercedes dealership to add a new radio and backup camera to his 2019 Mercedes Sprinter. Since we have upgraded numerous Sprinters for that dealership with backup cameras, radios, GPS trackers, remote starters and overhead DVD video systems, we were the obvious chose for a recommendation for their customer who needed an upgrade for a new Sprinter.

Our client wanted navigation as well as hands-free Bluetooth connectivity. We chose the Kenwood eXcelon DDX-8905S due the reliability, cost, and full-featured Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. We repositioned his backup camera to show up on the radio’s 6.95″ touchscreen instead of on the center rearview mirror, which was a much-smaller screen. We also installed a dual flush-mounted USB port for quick, easy access to both of the radio’s rear-mounted USB ports.
